Vegetables

(věj’tə-bəl, věj’ĭ-tə-) n.   A plant cultivated for an edible part, such as the root of the beet, the leaf of spinach, or the flower buds of broccoli or cauliflower.

My favorite vegetables:

• Tomatoes
• Jicama – I actually grew some this year! In Minnesota. More to learn about this but it was a great project.
• Cucumbers
• Broccoli 
• Celery
• Peppers
